The black mold and flood damage to Levins Bend, resulting in months of mold and flood remediation, were a result of bad building techniques and poor construction management. They are not acts of God (Force Majeure) that would extend AIG Baker's obligation to complete Levins Bend within the two (2) year contract deadline.
